Hierarchy of asking questions.

Hello!

Since it has come to our attention that some people don't know who to ask questions and keep bothering the wrong people, here is going to be a list of who to bother when you have a question. If you are a MEMBER, go ask your question/request to an ADMIN, if the admin wont have an answer, he will go to his SERVER MANAGER to find out the answer. If the server manager has problems, he will go to a STAFF member and from there on out either the staff member will be able to do it themselves or will forward it to someone else. PLEASE DO NOT DIRECTLY BOTHER OWNERS, CO OWNERS AND DEVELOPERS WITH YOUR ISSUES, THE STAFF TEAM WILL DO IT.

 

Please refer to my amazing chart below to find out what level you are and who you should ask your questions.

 

Member > Admin > Server Manager > Staff 

 

Please follow these steps to ensure that you don't get hated on by everyone you bother.
